Rene launched her NH real estate career in 1999 and quickly established herself as a leader in the local real estate market, earning numerous top awards and becoming one the of top agents in the State of New Hampshire.

With a background in accounting and business management, Rene started her career at Carlson GMAC, quickly moving over to REMAX with the leading Realtors in the area where she earned their top awards in her first year with the company and in 2005 earned their Lifetime Achievement award, a most prestigious designation earned by only the top agents after a long career in the business; Rene earned this in 4 short years with REMAX.

We then launched the Brin Realty Group in 2006; the changes in the real estate industry are dramatic and we have adapted and embraced internet marketing and technology. In August 2008, Rene received the #1 Favorite Real Estate agent award by votes from residents of the Souhegan Valley and Brin Realty Group received the #2 favorite real estate company award!  This is after only 18 months of operating under the Brin Realty Group brand.  Rene was thrilled with the awards  and knows she is on track with her vision for a strong local group of real estate leaders. Rene is a recognized expert in the Southern NH real estate market, having closed over 400 properties, including residential resales, condos, new construction, bank owned, relo properties, NH new homes and more. She has sold over $100 million in real estate in only 9 years.

In 2010 Rene opened her second NH real estate office in Bedford NH.  Rene recognized the opportunity to expand into Bedford and bring buyers and sellers back and forth between the two markets.  Her Bedford office is located at the corner of Route 101 and Hardy Road on the busy Route 101 corridor.

In 2011 Rene opened her third real estate office to assist buyers and sellers in her Nashua NH real estate office.  Again, filling a need in a strong local Nashua NH real estate market.
