Inventory of Merrimack NH homes for sale is also down about 6%.  These are all mixed signs for a recovering Merrimack NH real estate market.

Bedford NH home sales statistics July 2011

While inventory of Bedford NH homes for sale remains the same as a year ago and home sales have held as well to the same level as last year, the big change is in Bedford NH home pending sales.   

The Bedford Pendings are up 15% over the same quarter last year.  Bedford's real estate market has remained stronger than other local markets over the past several years.

Nashua NH real estate sales statistics are out and we are seeing a mixed message.  The inventory of Nashua NH homes for sale has risen slightly, Nashua NH homes closed decreased, however Nashua NH pending home sales increased.
